SIGHT SEEING

Hadimba Temple: Built in 1553 A.D. With a four tiered pagods shaped roof and front doorway, superbly crafted and caved with figures & symbols. Manu Maharishi Temple:

The pyramidal temple is dedicated to mythological Vashisth Rishi and another to lord Ram Chandra Ji.

Atul Tunnel Rohtang: At a length of 9.02 km, tunnel is the longest highway tunnel in the world above the height of 3,000 metres and is named after former Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The tunnel reduces the travel time and overall distance between Manali and Keylong on the way to Leh. The new route via the tunnel brings down the total distance travelled to 71 km (44.1 mi) which can be covered in about 2 hours, a reduction of around 3 to 4 hours when compared to the earlier route.

Jogni Fall: Jogini Waterfall is located at 3 kms from Vashisht temple. It’s a gentle walk through the forest and views of Rohtang and river Beas on your left side. It will take around 30 minutes to reach the base of the waterfall. Yogini mata temple is at the base of the waterfall. From here if you can climb then can reach the top point of the waterfall. Nehru Kund: A spring of clear water named after the Late Prime Minister Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who used this water during his stay at manali of just 6 km. from manali on manali-Keylong Leh highway.

Kothi: Kothi is quiet but picturesque spot at the foot of the 13,400 ft. mighty Rohtang pass, about 15 km. away from manali of the famous Manali-Keylong Leh highway.
